International Project Bidding and Proposal Management: We are the leaders in Spain in delivering courses, seminars and workshops on International Project bidding, management and financing. SME Development and Innovation: Application of state-of-the art techniques and programmes to promote the development and innovation among small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and regions; for example design and evaluation of technology centres, incubators, science or technology parks, venture and seed capital funds, loan guarantee schemes, innovation fairs and business plans competitions, etc.
