In this approach, the system is designed in such a way to automate the process of examinations to facilitate the students and administration of a college. Team size : Description : Face recognition systems are computer based security systems that are able to automatically identify human faces .These systems depend on a recognition algorithm. We propose an appearance-based face recognition method called the principal component analysis approach. By using principle component analysis (PCA), the first step for a face recognition system is to recognize a human face and extract it from the rest of the scene. Next, the system measure nodal points on the face, these nodal points are then compared to the nodal points computed from a database of picture in order to find a match. , PCA finds an embedding that preserves local information, and obtains a face subspace that best detects the essential face manifold structure.
