We were the first successful program in SW Pa, to work with the Marcellus Shale industry as to design and implement a training program for the area's Marcellus Shale Oil and Natural gas boom.
We have contracted with regional Career and Technology Centers as to manage and oversee the delivery of this programs. We expect to see 2000 employed students in less than 3 yrs of our first program. We work with the employers, and only hold classes for positions that companies in our over 200 employer network have requested students from. Unlike other training providers, we do not hold classes and hope a job comes along, we hold classes because of the jobs and the employers come right in our class rooms and do the hiring. Non Tradional yes, but it waste no money and you have a peice of paper that is woth nothing. If you want a career, (not a job) we are your solution. There are many types positions assoicated with Natural gas but the training is a vital step. Drivers, Equipment operators, rig hands (general laborers are making up to $80, 000 a yr (including benefits) who graduate from our Career and technolgy centers.
