Ultimate Results was founded to provide innovative, interactive and engaging workshops, programmes and coaching that encompass scientifically proven techniques to bring fast results Years of research, study and experience in people development have allowed me to bring together the best there is in transformational teachings that are proven by both contemporary and historical global success stories.
In accordance with Indicator 8 of the Investors in People Standard, we believe that to fully develop your people and make
training pay there must be a system of post-training follow-up that encourages delegates to apply their new found skills in a functional way. By gaining experience in practically applying their learning, it ingrains the information, fuses it into workplace systems and provides delegates with the confidence to continue to fully utilise what they have learned.
Set specifically in alignment with your corporate mission, all programmes and workshops provide full post-training follow-up, managed by Ultimate Results, that include workplace projects and coaching to ensure a gain on your investment.
The Co-Creative Leadership Programme is a total package that is built from a full and individual company brief. The ground work is then laid with the delegates by providing them with life skills, from our MindSet For Success I & II TM to establish confidence, motivation and a can-do mind-set.
This is the foundation that further technical training throughout the programme is built upon. With this mind-set and the leadership skills acquired, delegates are well prepared to successfully complete pre-agreed objectives.
Scientifically based but concise and comprehensible coaching and workshops that are integrated into the programme are designed in a way that allows delegates to see tangible results for their efforts at every step. These results are then ready to be fused into systems of work on return to the workplace.
With ongoing coaching that runs concurrently with the workshops, the delegates are fully supported throughout until at the end of the programme, their objectives are achieved. They are then competent and confident to set and achieve future goals efficiently and effectively.
As well as weekly one-to-one coaching sessions, delegates have unlimited support via email throughout the programme.
