The Level 1 Foundational course will equip you to use the technique effectively on yourself, family and friends. At the end of the day you will be confident in the use of EFT for many problems.
The Level 2 course takes you to a higher plane, deepening your understanding and refining your EFT skills. You will have ample opportunity to practice additional ways of applying EFT and will grow in confidence as you experience (and witness) some amazing shifts. Level 2 leads eventually to Practitioner certification and entry onto the AAMET directory of practitioners, but is open to all who want to explore further ways of applying EFT and improving their results.
EFT Level 1 is a pre-requisite for this training.
Courses are held in the picturesque old market town of Saffron Walden, easily accessible from the M11 or by rail from London, Stansted and Cambridge.

I have been working in the complementary therapy field since 1997. When I downloaded Gary Craig s free EFT Manual in 2003 and taught myself how to tap (you can get a copy here) I was astounded at the power of this simple tool for personal transformation. Within weeks I was on a training course and on my way to becoming an EFT Practitioner. Since then I have attended numerous masterclasses and advanced workshops with some of the world s leading EFTers (including EFT founder Gary Craig), qualifying as an AAMET Accredited EFT Trainer in January 2008.
I now offer AAMET Accredited EFT Level 1 and Level 2 workshops at regular intervals throughout the year.
