Experienced Emotional Freedom Techniques Advanced Practitioner and AAMET approved EFT Trainer.
EFT is my passion and my world has transformed since discovering this powerful tool for getting beyond fears, anxieties, stresses, physical pains, depression and absolutely anything else that is holding you back from being the best you can be.
EFT is an emotional form of acupuncture but without needles. It is a gentle process which can be self-applied and the results are usually long-lasting. You might have seen Paul McKenna using a version of 'The Tapping' on TV for weight loss and phobias.
Come to these fun-filled workshops and prepare to be amazed. Learn a self-help method that has the power to clear long-held limiting emotions and beliefs, sometimes in minutes.
If you are a therapist, adding EFT to your toolbox can dramatically improve your results.
The 1-day Level 1 Foundational course will equip you to use the technique effectively on yourself, family and friends. At the end of the day you will be confident in the use of EFT for many problems.
The 2-day Level 2 course takes you to a higher plane, deepening your understanding and refining your EFT skills. You will have ample opportunity to practice additional ways of applying EFT and will grow in confidence as you experience (and witness) some amazing shifts. Level 2 leads to Practitioner certification and entry onto the AAMET directory of practitioners.
Courses are held in the picturesque old market town of Saffron Walden, easily accessible from the M11 or by rail from London, Stansted and Cambridge.
