Primarily focussing on teaching self-management techniques and building personal empowerment.

Coaching
1) Career/Vocation: to assist individuals in determining their correct career path and find their vocation. Aligns to their life-purpose and passion.
2) Stress Management: to help individuals cope better with the common pressures of work or at home. Practical tactics, proven results.
3) Leadership Development: professionals need to monitor and maintain their performance in order to continue to be a role-model and leader of their teams. Targets the areas most important to success.
4) Business Coaching: is available for busy business owners to help them set strategic vision, monitor performance, refine the approach, or achieve work-life balance. Lessens the sense of isolation a business owner often feels in the modern world.

Every Coaching Program is tailored to the unique needs of the individual and focuses on their priorities. Completely confidential. Focuses on empowering the individual or team to achieve their full potential. Available in-person or over the phone.


Training Workshops
1) Mindex Thinking Styles: to assist individuals in understanding their unique way of thinking and how it impacts their effectiveness as a communicator, leader, or salesperson. (1/2 day, or 1 day)
2) Powerful Presentation Skills: to enhance the power and impact of your presentation style (does NOT include PowerPoint). (1/2 day, or 1 day, or 2 day)
3) Effective Communication Skills: to enhance the overall ability to get the message across, anticipate and overcome objections, learn to listen actively using open questions, the importance of Positioning in terms of understanding the other person's perspective, etc.
4) Empowering Yourself/Others/Teams: a series of workshops to learn to identify disempowerment and ways to enhance the effectiveness of individuals and teams through creating greater self-direction and autonomy.
5) Stress Management: learn your signs of stress and practical tactics to reduce its effect (on your mental health and physcial well being). You CAN increase your resistance to stress thereby enhancing your overall effectiveness.

Training is available as stand alone sessions or can be delivered in a series. Can be custom tailored to your needs. Other topics may be available upon request.

Meeting Facilitation
1) Team Re-purposing Meetings: to align a management or project team to the overal business vision, establish roles &/or priorities.
2) Vision Setting Meetings: to establish the business priorities and strategies for achieving the vision, clarify measurable outcomes, etc.

Personal Effectiveness Programs
