International Dialog for Human Resources Development was established in Jordan 2003 with a clear vision: to become a leading organization in the field of human resources development ,not only in Jordan ,but also in the Arab world and worldwide.
And a clear mission as well: to contribute to the development of human resources Arab worldwide through providing high quality training, consultation and studies in all fields.
We depend on our Jordanian and Arab consultants with distinguished experiences in all fields of science and technology, to acquire this quality and sustain it.
Objectives:
- Enhancing constructive dialog locally ,Arab Worldwide and worldwide in managerial and scientific fields .
- System development for organizations in public and private sectors .
- Providing technical and scientific information services to Jordanian and Arab organizations in need of such services.
Functions:
Organizing local and national conferences and exhibitions.
Organizing training programs in all fields : management, engineering, IT, Computer, Finance, economics, law, HRD, etc ..
Conducting Technical studies to establish Training International Dialogs and supervise their implementation.
Conducting economic and technical feasibility studies, relating to electronic, management, industrial and others.
Developing manpower capabilities in information technology and computerized systems.
Participating in setting up standards for information policies and computerization for both government and private sectors.
Cooperating, coordinating and exchanging of information and expertise in the field of information technology and office automation with local and external institutions.
Conducting research and development in the field of computers and their applications.

1-Hardware
International Dialog is equipped with a modern network of computers of varying capacities and makes all functioning using the open system interconnection.
B-Microcomputers:
The staff of International Dialog and trainees utilize 50 Pentiums connected through Ethernet local area network.
C-International Links:
International Dialog has a direct link to the Internet using (ADSL) Technology.
2-Software:
International Dialog has several system software to fulfill the needs of application software, namely:
-Open Operating Systems (Windows NT, Windows XP, Windows..).
-Statistical Software.
-Computer Based Training (CBT).
3-Training Rooms:
International Dialog has several training rooms equipped with the latest training equipment consisting of computers, presentation facilities in addition to several rooms specifically designed for workshops. All rooms are provided with air-conditioning and heating central system, and fire alarm systems.
