Provides end to end services to both voice and non-voice BPOs, which includes Competency mapping , Resourcing, Recruitment assessment, Voice testing, Pre process training, Floor coaching, Leadership development workshops, Train the trainer programs, Custom content development, Process transition support etc. Candid Consultancy has trained approximately 20 people working in the Ahmedabad BPO industry.
Education and Career Services
Offers a range of programs in English communication, Soft Skills such as Sales and Customer Service as well as specialized program for BPO/ Call Center industry through its Advantage English Institutes and Candid Consultancy Career Centers in locations across the state.
