Security Officer Training Certification- Florida
: To Become a Security officer in the State of Florida you must be licensed by the state. This entails a 40 hr. training course covering all aspects of Security.
The State has divided the course into two parts. The Initial hours required to obtain a license is 24 hr. course.
**You have 180 days from the day you receive your certificate to complete the required training(16 hrs.)**
