Becoming a Self-Aware Leader 2 Days instructor led training : Twenty-first century leadership calls for leadership who can engage the hearts and minds of all members within the organization. They are leaders who know their own strengths and limitations, understand their own emotions, and realize the impact of their behavior on others. This workshop helps participants better understand themselves, take an account of their strengths and personal limitations, and increase their appreciation of the differences in the people that they work with.
Coaching for High Performance- 3 Days : Knowing how and when to coach is an essential skill that can benefit both the manager and the organization. Coaching skill can help build productive relationships, make communication more effective, influence the desired outcomes and achieve results. This module teaches the managers how to use coaching skills in the day-to-day management of their people to ensure maximum performance, motivation, and retention. It provides managers with the tools to help their people excel at their jobs and meet competitive challenges with confidence. Participants will coach and be coached on real challenges/ issues currently facing them.
Manage and Implement Change - 3 Days instructor led training : Many leaders imagine that implementing change is a straightforward process. All that is needed is a plan which details what needs to be done, when and by whom and expect their people to just do it. Change however involves not only a well thought plan but also engaging and guiding the people through the change.
