Zen Village was created as an holistic educare center to promote balance, health and harmony within the individual and in the community. We offer meditation and yoga as well as workshops in our Holistic Self Health Care, Life Skills Training and Bright Family Training Systems. These workshops aim to bring an optimal physical, mental and emotional balance to participants so that they can fully optimize their life experience.
The ultimate goal of the center is to create positive change within individuals and thus motivate each one of us to bring about positive change to our social and natural environment.
Our educational workshops and classes as well as our cultural and arts activities aim to:
