Peter Donn, accredited trainer at the Hertfordshire Holistic Health Centre, offers Gary Craig-approved training in Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) at levels 1, 2 and (in 2009) 3. This fantastic technique is excellent for dealing with all kinds of issues, both emotional and physical, even being able to resolve many traumas in just a session or two, and sometimes within a few minutes This skill needs to be in the hands of everyone.
Trainings are offered in Kings Langley in Hertfordshire but occasionally in London and also in retreat format elsewhere in the country.
Level 1 EFT Workshop
Join us for this powerful one-day workshop which introduces you to EFT and in one day gives you the knowledge and skills to use EFT effectively on yourself and your family. Learn how to use this revolutionary method that targets unresolved emotional issues and the potential blocks to vibrant health and happiness.
The following are covered plus much more:
* What is EFT and why is it so effective?
* How do negative emotions disrupt my energy system?
* How can a healthy energy system improve my life?
* Learn the Basic EFT Recipe and effective Short Cut Versions
* Learn how to handle some of the blocks to EFT
* PLUS...learn at least ten ways to refine your application of the Basic Recipe
The course is taught in one day and sometimes two half days. It can also be taught at your premises, subject to a minimum number of attendees. Attendees receive an accredited Level 1 certificate entitling you to go on to take Level 2 and expanding your skills or consider becoming an EFT practitioner.

Once you've completed Level One, you're ready to expand your effectiveness with EFT This course entitles you to become an accredited practitioner. With plenty of practice, we take things further and learn new protocols for applying EFT more effectively.

- J asked: Hi, I would like to know when your Level and Level EFT courses are for please, I have done levels & with Catherine O'Driscoll who is Gary-Craig approved to teach also, but there is so much covered in level I would like to do it again as a refresher, and then would like to go on to level and become a practising practitioner in helping others thru this wonderful technique.
