M2 Performance Associates M2 Performance Associates' foundation is built upon 18 years of consulting, learning, coaching & teaching in the Sports & Fitness industries combined with 8 years coaching & international school teaching. Teaching Life Skills Education & Health Education to adolescents & families, development of skills (cognitive, physical, & behavioral) for performance in sport, family, social and organizational relationships, communication skills, trust & personal-development is the basis on which M2 Performance Associates was founded. M2 reaches beyond the classroom, sports & fitness industries, running & triathlon communities, to contribute to small, medium, & corporate businesses, private & public organizations, government & NGO's, as well as to families. M2 offers team-building, problem-solving & decision-making initiatives, leadership training, trust & relationship development, focus training, & communication skills training, as well as sports coaching & psychological skills for performance enhancement. Acquisition of new skills & changes in behavior facilitate increased effectiveness & accomplishments which result in improved self-confidence, efficacy, & self-esteem. Our work has been influenced by the integrity of Dr. Stephen R. Covey's works. We are currently providing corporate & educational trainings, running, triathlon, & adventure-multi-sport coaching, sports & fitness training. Our doors are always open to building bridges with others with whom we can learn, teach, & grow. M2 Performance Associates is affiliated with Into The Wild & the forest adventure/ outdoor education center in Pathum Thani, Thailand (45 minutes north of Bangkok). The adventure center is just beyond the outer ring road (route 9) and features extensive low & high ropes courses, conference rooms, dining facilities, lodging for up to 400 participants, sports fields, driving range, fitness center, swimming pool, water-based activities, and extensive off-road running/ biking trails throughout the rice plane (to Ayuthaya & beyond). M2PA is also affiliated with partners throughout Asia and will be happy to develop programming to meet the specific needs of your organization.
