Gradually, we are adopting work culture of the West which is not the traditional style of working from 9-6. We are shifting from a relaxed mode of working to a work scenario which is full of fear of losing the Job, Stress and Tension to name a few.
Due to which we do not get enough rest that the body needs leading to mood swings, stress, depression, to name a few.
When we are born, we are born with Positive thoughts and Positive thinking. Our mind accepts each and every thing and we do not question. Here we start getting mind programming where we start getting Positive as well as Negative Programming.
As we grow up, we start getting conditioned with the Negative thoughts more than those of Positive thoughts as we realize that it is easy to get work done by saying something negative or which is not true. Thus, over a period of time we start getting away from Nature and start suffering from Stress, Anxiety, Depression, Lack of Memory, Heart Attack, Diabetes, Cancer and the list goes endlessly.
All truths are easy to understand once they are discovered; the point is to discover them.
After all, everything is in the Mind.
