- D asked: My question is this, I have a small group of friends at my church that want to get a motivational team together targeting the late teenage years to the early twenty somethings. I would like to learn how to effectively talk to this age group better and more often and once I can obtain these skills pass them on to the rest of my group. Is there any training I can receive to accomplish this effectively, as these are the toughest years of our lifes it seems to be. I majored in Criminal Justice but also took Psychology as a minor in which one of my classes was motivational psychology I would also be interested in any age group-the younger ones as well.
