Onsite Slots Cheating and Internal Theft instructor led training : Slots are the producer of the majority of income for most casinos, and they are also the source of many methods of cheating and especially internal theft. Surveillance requires specific skills and knowledge of how slots cheats and thieves operate, and this course is designed to educate both Surveillance and Security personnel in the detection of known methods, from primitive coin-operated slot cheating methods right up to the most advanced technology in use today by both external cheats and internal thieves.
Casino Surveillance Basics
On-site Casino Surveillance Basics : This is on-site training, provided for casino surveillance departments. Open enrollment classes are provided as well at various times through the year in specific locations, as advertised on the website. The Surveillance Basics course is approximately six hours in length, providing new investigators and casino management personnel a thorough grounding in the functions, responsibilities and operational methods of a casino Surveillance Department. On-site training is tailored to the needs and desires of the client. Open enrollment training is provided with students able to enroll in any of the courses provided, for an overall per-student fee.
Online Casino Surveillance 101 Series : Casino Surveillance 101 is a series of one-to-two-hour online, instructed classes, providing ability to ask and get answers, which provides very basic training to casino Surveillance and Security operations personnel, as well as the people in Security, Slots, Table Games, Casino Cage, and the executive strata of the casino operation. Security and Surveillance Training
Onsite Casino Security Basics : This course, two full days in length, is designed to put Casino Surveillance and Security into teamwork operation. It includes basics of both Surveillance and Security operations. It focuses on how they work together to handle incidents in the casino environment, gather evidence to reduce losses to the casino due to theft, cheating, and internal theft, as well as incidents of major casino liability.
Table Games Cheating detection
Online Detecting Cheating at Casino Table Games : This series of classes defines the methods of cheating used in casinos by category, and demonstrates by photo, video and lecture the techniques used on blackjack, dice, roulette and other games. Emphasis is on the basic methods, and the third series of classes gives specifics on how the various cheating moves are used on each type of game. Legal definitions are included, as well as methods of gathering video and physical evidence, and the methods of determining exactly what methods of cheating are in use.
Online Table Games Series : This is the third series, and its purpose is to teach newcomers to the casino business, first, how the table games are operated, policies, game protection procedures, and how to protect the games from cheating. The subsequent classes on each game teach methods of cheating and advanatage play by game type, as well aas the methods of prevention and detection from the Surveillance point of view.
Onsite Protecting Casino Table Games : This program trains investigators in game protection procedures, methods of detecting cheating and advantage play at all of the common table games. On-site training is tailored to the needs of the client casino. The training is also provided in open enrollment seminars, at specific locations and times as advertised on the website.
