We are a distance-learning company specialising in courses for singers and singing teachers working in the field of contemporary & commercial vocals.
Courses run from basic Certificate to Higher Diploma levels, with the opportunity to convert to degree study at a later date if desired.
VIDLA (previously Voiceworks) is fully accredited by the IADL (International Association for Distance Learning).
All courses are designed by Dr. Ria Keen - a leading UK vocal educationalist and the first in the UK to attain a PhD in Contemporary Vocals. Decades of performance experience at such places as The London Palladium and Blenheim Palace, plus touring, TV and radio, together with extensive work in one-to-one and class-based vocal education, leaves Dr. Keen well placed to design courses that truly benefit the students who take them.
