Starting from the year 2011, The Human Factor (THF), a training company specialized in youth development programs that aims to enable youth to discover and develop their inner potentials will work in association with Persona International (PI) the leading resource for people development solutions and provider of Inscape DiSC behavior assessments and Innermetrix HVI attributes and competencies assessments.
