Centre For Creative Thinking is a professional staff development agency based in Singapore that provides seminars, courses and workshops for clients in Singapore, Malaysia, India and other countries in the Asian region and Middle East. We offer training & development workshops for clients in Asia and Middle East. We conduct creativity workshops and training on EQ skills for managers and operational staff.
As far as possible we encourage our participants to complete a pre-workshop questionnaire aimed at identifying their learning needs. They will be asked to identify common work problems they face in their day-to-day operations. The information will be incorporated as role plays and discussion points. This is a problem centered learning workshop that is designed to let managers/ supervisors take the skills acquired during the workshop to the actual workplace.
The emphasis is on learning outcomes of skills and techniques they can use to THINK and ACT when managing the team members.
