Teaching Philosophy

VKG Associates, Inc. believes that teaching concepts is equally as important as teaching procedures. We will introduce a feature and provide background information on the purpose and usefulness of that feature. We embrace the philosophy that concepts are easier to visualize and comprehend through hands-on activity that reflects the complexities of real work scenarios.

Programs are delivered using experiential training exercises simulating individual work situation including role plays, discussions, videotapes, PowerPoint slides, group exercises, problem solving and case studies and member led sessions that appeal to varied adult learning styles. Trainers strive to create an environment that is conversational where participants can discuss pertinent issues in an atmosphere for learning and professional growth.
