Programs are delivered using experiential training exercises simulating individual work situation including role plays, discussions, videotapes, PowerPoint slides, group exercises, problem solving and case studies and member led sessions that appeal to varied adult learning styles. Trainers strive to create an environment that is conversational where participants can discuss pertinent issues in an atmosphere for learning and professional growth. Our trainers keep participants focused on the learning objectives that are clearly stated in each session.
