They have a "No class is ever canceled" policy and they guarantee their classes. It is their goal that each student leaves the class not only armed with more knowledge of food safety and sanitation but with positive, up-beat, professional renewal for the food service & hospitality industry.
Currently scheduled classes are usually held in convenient, comfortable conference/ meeting rooms.
