Employees are the most valuable asset in any organisation. Scones Consulting aim to ensure that the wellbeing of that asset is taken care of. We offer training in the management of HIV/ AIDS in the workplace. We provide information to both the employer and the employees to help eliminate the stigma associated with HIV/ AIDS. We believe that healthy employees are productive employees. Management of HIV/ AIDS in the workplace help to minimize absenteeism related to effects of HIV/ AIDS on both employees and their families. We offer awareness programmes as well as offering tools for the organization to distribute information on HIV/ AIDS to its employees.

SCONES CONSULTING is the subsidiary of SCONES CONTRACTING AND TRADING. SCONES CONSULTING is EME Level 3 B-BBEE Contributor. It is a100 black owned company with 60 women ownership. It was established in January 2008 with the aim of contributing to the reconstruction and development initiatives of our country by developing skills. SCONES CONSULTING have learning programmes on HIV/ AIDS and Occupational Health and Safety aimed at improving and maintaining the productivity of the work force in South Africa by ensuring not only safe work place but also healthy workforce. SCONES CONSULTING is currently in the process of getting Accreditation with HWSETA.

SCONES CONSULTING offer professional and excellent skills development programmes which are tailor made to satisfy the needs of our customers.
