1. We are a specialised Training Company that customises training to our clients, their company and the industry that they are a part of.
2. We have half day sessions over a 6 week period because research has shown us that we all have a 4hour concentration span, we then go out into the work place and put our new found knowledge to the test and come back and learn some more and so the process goes. Everyone learns at different speeds.
3. We only have small groups - between 10 and 20 people and most times less in a group, so that optimum learning can take place.
