We are a licensed aviary and breeder of a variety of parrots and conures. We hve been dealing with these birds and their behavior for over 20 years.
We have assisted the public with behavioral issues they have with their birds and have been speakers for Avian Education Groups and schools to teach in bird behavior and modification.

We provide training for parrots, conures and their owners. If you have a bird that is in need of behavior modification, we are here to help. Issues such as screaming, biting, stepping up when asked - all these and more have been addressed.
We also have courses that you can sign up for annually and it includes a membership to The Elite Parrot Club where you learn about birds body language, natural fears, socialization, training techniques and have access to assistance 24 hrs a day. You are also connected to a community of other bird owners that are always willing to offer advice and assistance.

The Elite Parrot Club
: This program is an annual membership where you have access to a member website showing video 'how-to's' in order to teach your parrot or bird how to step up, avoid being bitten, understand body language, etc. It also provides you with access to email support to questions you may have. You become part of a community where many other members and avian specialists will also be there to offer assistance and guidance.

I was a breeder of Galah's and Major Mitchell's for many years but over the past several years I have cut back my breeding pairs to a very limited few and have focused more on behavior issues, training and rehoming of various species of parrots. I have learned a tremendous amount and the birds teach me something new almost daily. My question is I am trying to locate some classes where I can get additional knowledge in this area to ad to the hands on experience I have already acquired. Do you know if there are classes and educational training available in this area?
