Community Services Outreach Center
The training center offers life skills and employment readiness courses and multi level computer classes: Basic, Intermediate and Advanced. Our computer training has a focus on business applications, such as Microsoft and Cisco training.
Workforce Development program goals include:
Support current students and alumni to advance their goals for economic self-sufficiency
Increase employment opportunities and career options for low-income unemployed and under-employed Chicagoans
Provide students and alumni with pre-vocational training, job readiness skills, and employment training opportunities
Provide students and alumni with on-the-job experience, by placing them in jobs with other organizations
Provide follow-up support to help students and alumni retain employment and achieve self-sufficiency
