For this reason, we need to have competent tutors and trainers at the college who are well versed in Thermal Processing, Seafood Biochemistry, HACCP, etc. This is the reason why I am seeking information on the avalaiblity of competency based trainings for our tutors in theses areas and secondly, to know and understand the tyhe manner in which the trainings can be delivered.
