Occupational Safety Training Institute is a non-profit educational organization, which was formed with the intent of providing quality hands-on training for Safety Professionals. Training through OSTI may be applied towards the Occupational Safety Training and Certification Alliance certifications.
Training people has always been a challenge and should not be taken lightly. The method of training makes all the difference. Simply lecturing about a subject is not necessarily training. Training success is not dependent on how much information is covered; it's how much information the students retain.
There are many safety-training companies out there, but we set ourselves apart from the others by providing more practical training. This allows our students to take home more knowledge, skills, and abilities than our counterparts.

: This course discusses the need for an effective Written Safety Program and Policies. Upon successful completion of this course, the student will be able to: analyze the requirements of an organization existing safety program; develop site-specific elements of an organization safety program; and determine the effectiveness of current safety program.
Major topics covered in the course are: the safety management system, safety culture and the major elements of a written safety program. In addition students are required to plan, develop, and evaluate safety programs that help improve productivity and decrease worksite incidents as well as to work safety on the jobsite.
Safety Manager Auditor
: This is an intense 80-hour course designed for the any safety professional that would like to fine tune in their safety skills. The Safety Manager Auditor course is an indication having the knowledge, skills, and ability to perform the responsibilities as a safety professional that is capable of managing the corporate safety programs, policies, and procedures with little or no supervision. Attending the Certfied Safety Trainer course and completing the Safety Auditor Course achieve this course. Students are awarded a certification of completion at the conclusion of this course.
