The Human Matrix is led by Mr. Yogesh Pahuja, a graduate in Psychology (Hons), with PG in HRM from XLRI and a Certified Thomas Consultant backed with 17 years of experience in capacity of HRM Faculty to Several B-Schools, column writer and a Behavioural & Soft skills trainer. He has trained more than 25000 individuals in over 100 Institutes & Corporate.
Mr. Pahuja is currently pursuing his PhD in OD area under the able guidance of Dr. D. M. Pestonjee (Faculty-OD area , IIM-A).
