Our no fuss approach to project management has been developed over many years and is based on Goal Directed Project Management(GDPM). It is a simple, highly-effective, light-touch and non-bureaucratic approach adopted by many companies who prefer their people to deliver results without all the fuss of some of the more bureaucratic PM methods.
We can bespoke training packages and often work with organisations to develop PM capability and competence, 82 percent of our delegates apply the learning when back in the workplace which proves our approach is about application not accreditation.
