We serve the greater Tampa Bay area and have been Staging Homes in this market for over six years. Our course was developed by using our real-world experience. It is both classroom and hands-on in a home that is actually for sale. Students leave our course with before and after photos of projects they have actually worked on. We help them with color theory, design theory, Staging tips as well as marketing and professional etiquette. We also use our students as sub contractors when we need extra help. I have a background in web and graphics design as well as marketing so we also spend time on helping students start their web site and show them how to market themselves. After the course is over, students continue to receive revisions to the manual for a full six months. Plus they present a final project to the instructors who play the role of client. They are given constructive feedback and graded on presentation and the quality of their work. This has been a very successful approach to providing a full service trainig experience. We often hire previous students on a sub-contract basis when we need additional help on projects.

We offer in-house custom upholstery and drapery services as well as organization services, garage clean-outs and yard sale preparation. We help sellers prepare for Open Houses and also offer a full range of color, style and "Use What You Have" services.
