The aim of That Project Management Company is to develop a Project Management company that supports the needs of our customers far beyond the delivery of Project Management training packages.
Building on our reputation for delivering training in an effective and efficient manner we will offer a follow up consultancy service. This service will be aimed at ensuring the new skills gained by candidates are put to good practice. This will support the organisation and allow them to reap the benefits of investing in their people. Our trainers have extensive project management skills and experience, covering both public and private sector organisations. Therefore they are able to offer organisations from both sectors the benefit of real life experience and therein many different approaches to project management based around the PRINCE2 method.
Our Directors
Ian Hamer and Andy Clayton are the founders & Directors of That Project Management Company. They have about 40 years of Project Management experience between them. Ian's main experience is with the public and retail sectors, while Andy's last major project was the reconstruction of the telecomms network in Baghdad - so he could talk all day about Risk Management. If you're not careful, he might just do that. They have both recently validated that experience by passing MSP Advanced Practitioner level.

Prince2 Foundation
: This 3-day, instructor led PRINCE2 training course is designed to provide you with a working understanding of the PRINCE2 structured project management method, to a level where you can use it to undertake many of the PRINCE2 roles within a project.
Delegates will also have the opportunity to pass the PRINCE2 Foundation examination during the course.
Previous experience of PRINCE2 is not essential, but a basic awareness of project work in your own environment or a general understanding of project management would be advantageous.
