STAG provides Operations & Wellsite geological serves to the upstream oil & gas industry world-wide. We cuurently have over 120 geologists actively assigned to projects throughtout Western Europe, Africa, Middle East, South America. We also have work in many of the Eastern European countries through Kazakhstan into India and China. We provide Wellsite Geologists to help gather and interpret real-time geological data for correlation and well placement in both exploration and development wells. Our Operations Geologists help in well planning and drilling surveillance roles.

Operations & Wellsite Geologist
: This course provides an overview of the role of Operations and Wellsite Geologists in Well Planning and Drilling Surveillance phases. It provides practical instruction in wellsite geological techniques, such as cuttings descriptions, oil show evaluation, log interpretation and geosteering co-ordination and also covers supervision and QA of wellsite geological services.
