Psychosynergy
We run seminars, lectures and workshops on complementary therapies, self-healing techniques and stress management.
The courses are for many different groups and interested parties and are both theoretical and practical by design. The knowledge gained during the seminar can be used in a therapy practice, a business, and in everyday life.
Our courses will be of particular benefit to:
- people who want to learn self-healing techniques and relaxation techniques
- businesses implementing stress management strategies
- carers, psychotherapists, complementary therapists, NLP practitioners, doctors and nurses
1. Stress Management workshops are offered to corporate clients and individuals who would like to learn new effective stress management techniques.
2. High Energy Meditation (HEM). The aim of this mental technique is to explore altered stated of consciousness without the need of using drugs. The technique can be used in many social situations and is useful to people who would like to spend some good time without using drugs and intoxicants. HEM improves the flow of energy in your system, removes muscular and emotional blockages and makes you feel energised and fully awake after the meditation. It can be practiced in a public place while dancing or in the privacy of your home while sitting and listening to music.
3. Personal Development. On our courses students can develop their intuition and psychic abilities, emotional intelligence and self-confidence. Also, we help our students to recognise the diversity in our society and to be at ease with different cultures, races and world views thus reducing stress arising from the unknown. Our aim is to point out how different cultures complement each other and provide tools for psychic development, self-healing and how they help to reduce anti-social behaviour. The approach can be useful to council and social workers, companies working worldwide and within our diverse communities, minority groups and the general public.
