The Lean Mfg Consortium is a network formed of individuals wishing to learn more about Lean, Six Sigma and other continuous improvement strategies. From this, we have developed a 3-P Balanced Approach for Continuous Improvement training matrix that promotes the concept that companies should explore the training skills needed to improve their people, processes and performance characteristics uniformly to ensure successful deployment of quality initiatives. Our training supports all three of these areas.

Individuals that successfully complete specified areas are recognized for their efforts through certifications offered by our organization. Our members are located world-wide. Membership into the organization is free. In addition, we are constantly looking for regional representatives (no fee involved) to help promote our efforts.
