Ashley2 Skills Developers cc. are an approved learning centre by City & Guilds and therefore offer courses that are certified by City & Guilds. Courses offered include train the trainer (Course code 1106), and a variety of single subject Certificate and Diploma courses that can be examined whenever a candidate is ready. These course cover Business Skills and Finance & Accounting. Future development is in Engineering Skills. Management development is another key aspect of the training offered (awaiting full approval from the South African Institute of Management SAIM). There are also in-house courses for Occupational Health & Safety Reps. as well as supervisory courses up to middle managment.

As a result, my experience and knowledge ranges from Sales, Administration, Management, Co-coordinating & Facilitating SETA learnerships along with other training such as First Aid level , Basic Fire Fighting, Assessor (Seta Approved NQF), Customer Care, Telephone Skills, Selling Skills, Prospecting, Profit & Loss Management, Conflict management..etc.. I have now decided to work contractually rather than full time. I have my own transport. The areas where I would be more than happy to assist with would be Pietermaritzburg, Durban Central- extending South towards and up to Port Shepstone and Durban North towards Balito. Training for me is a passion. In the years that I have either been trained or have trained, I understand the true impact and essence & role that a trainer plays. Some introversion to my way of training: I am thorough - I learn and understand the contents % first before doing training. I enjoy training and understand that the learners need to share the same enthusiasm for learning, therefore creating the correct a learning atmospherea is very important. I understand that training is not about a showing offa how much I know, rather, inspiring learners to take the knowledge and use it for themselves.
