Institutional Pormotion and Resource Center (IPRC)

Institutional Promotion and Resource Center (IPRC) was established on the 16th April 2001, realizing the need of empowering human resources at the local level through capacity development and institutional promotion. IPRC is also known as Gaisar Training Center locally in eastern region of the country. IPRC aims to contribute in institutional promotion of different organizations by helping them to have adequately competent human resources. It conducts different types of training that improve skill, widen knowledge and change attitude and behavior to ensure enhanced capacity and competency of an individual. IPRC also provides services to institutions involved in community development initiatives, to enhance their efficiency, particularly in the field of human resources, through capacity development and other educative activities. This social institute, with involvement of development professionals, has been successful to organize effective training programs with excellent management and needful facilities within a very short period of time. The center has involvement of development experts adequately experienced in areas of community development, micro-credit service, agriculture, banking promotion, industrial profession and training.
