Neo Training Network started as an online training module used in a graduate school course project. NEO originally stood for New Employee Orientation, as David Paul's project was all about how to decrease an 80 percent staff turnover rate in an adolescent corporate foster home that he was managing.
Now, Neo Training Network has evolved into a website and blog for people who want to learn how to be successful in their Online Home Businesses. But, Neo Training is due for third, and Final, face lift.
After 15 years of working in Caregiver industry as a direct services staff person and corporate foster home manager, David Paul recently became a full-time licensed foster care provider by purchasing and lining-in an adult foster home. The Vision for NEO Training Network is that it will become the premiere Internet Information and Training Center for people who are interested in becoming Caregivers, and for people who are passionate about being excellent Caregivers. NEO Training Network is interested in supporting professional and family Caregivers alike, and David H. Paul intends to appeal to the information and training needs of all Caregivers.
NEO Training Network members will receive upon opting in to the membership website a free ebook, "Burnout Is Optional : A Caregiver's Guide to Personal Growth and Development" and an automatic free subscription to the NEO Training Network "Burnout Is Optional" Monthly newsletter.
