Our Team is focusing on three different areas; we have a separate group for marketing, Human Resource and consulting division. In each and every group we have both internal and external employees who are dedicated and specialized in their areas.
1. Marketing Group This group is fully focused on the business development activity. Focusing on Oracle Application and other Oracle related products for both Corporate and Retail training. They will interact with the clients; take feedback with the candidate s satisfaction and takes care of the entire business development activities.
2. Human Resource HR Group will interact with the internal and external consultants, HR Team will coordinate with the candidates and instructors. This team is mainly concentrate on Total Quality Management. The Instructors quality will be measured by this team in terms of delivery take care of the course material and other admin activities. HR will be completely in charge of the Internal Infra Structural Development Activities.
3. Consulting Group This group is particularly focus on the JOB ASSISTANCE PROGRAM. This team involves for the below mentioned activities.

Interview Questions Prepare the Candidate Interview Questions, based on the R&D from the core interview teams and from the Instructors
