Mike England, president & owner, is an expert in the transportation business. He knows there are many daily tasks and projects for trucking companies including cash flow, maintenance management, customers, suppliers, etc. but that many times DOT compliance is not something that is easily prioritized.
Under the new CSA Safety Measurement System, more companies are being contacted by the DOT - without much warning. The DOT can call you and you will have to cancel all of your appointments for a day or two to answer all of their questions. Before they call you, DOT Compliance Help, Inc. can look at your safety management controls the same way a DOT investigator would, using the same software, asking the same questions and projecting your safety rating as if it had been an actual audit. You can then take these findings and turn your ratings around so you can worry less about getting that call.
