The Coaches Training Institute

The Coaches Training Institute was brought to Dubai in 2004 by Gonan Premfors ,a prominent businesswoman, with twenty years experience in the Gulf. She identified the need for a locally based education for professional coaches after she traveled extensively to Europe and the United States to further her own professional coaching credentials. From the moment CTI UAE/ GCC opened its doors the coaching profession has become both more accessible and affordable as the need for traveling to attend CTI courses has been eliminated. CTI UAE/ GCC has its own dedicated training facility in Knowledge Village in Dubai and off-site courses are delivered at the request of corporate clients. Gonan is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), CTI Leadership Program Graduate and a CTI Faculty Member and Front of the Room Leader. CTI-trained coaches come from varied backgrounds such as entrepreneurs, CEOs, scientists, dentists, parents, educators, therapists, and community leaders. Many will go on to focus in a specialty segment, such as relationships, executives, career, transitions, teenagers, and more. In addition, major organizations, such as Marriott, IBM, Boeing, and the EPA, have offered Co-Active Coach training within their organizations to increase management and employee effectiveness.
