Description of our Course:
Teach English Worldwide with four weeks top quality, practical training at Buenos Aires Centre, you will get a Certificate in TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language). As a qualified TEFL teacher you will be able to travel and teach English anywhere in the world, experience new cultures, learn new languages and improve your students' chances in life. Our EFL/ ESL teacher training program is based on an active learning approach, giving our TEFL trainees extensive opportunity to practice what they study. In our program, you will participate in classes where your trainers model the teaching techniques to be mastered. You will then undertake skill-building activities, both individually and in small groups. You also lead your own ESL practice teaching classes for a minimum of 10 hours, receiving guidance and feedback from our experienced teacher trainers.
The 4 - week TEFL program offered by Buenos Aires Centre throughout the year in the Buenos Aires city provides participants with an internationally recognized certificate in Teaching English as a Foreign Language as well as the opportunity to obtain a truly unique cultural experience. The program has a very practical emphasis and features a high proportion of actual teaching practice hours in the classroom. Our TEFL program is designed to ensure you take an active role in your development as a TEFL teacher. With 120 hours of training over a four week period, including no less than 10 hours of assessed teaching practice, our course is delivered around established principles of foreign language teaching and equips you with the most up-to-date language teaching techniques. In addition, we provide you with support and insight into living and working in a foreign culture.
