EVOLUTION
INDIAN SERVICE MACHINE (Abbreviated as ISM) is the company name that our founder felt appropriate, following the lines of IBM (International Business Machine), ambitiously to grow to the level.
ISM was established in the year 1996 as a small scale industry to assemble and resale PC s and service PC s , immediately diversified to offer trainings based on PC Technologies. Started offering courses such as Hardware Maintenance, Network Administration, Certification courses such as MCSE, CCNA.
As we gained experience in Training we completely closed the PC resale vertical, and started promoting training business seriously.
ISM has conducted training programs for students and Corporate Clients on technologies such as Hardware Maintenance, Network Administration, Certification courses such as CAN, MCSE, CCNA, J2EE, .Net, Embedded Systems, Wireless Technology, DSP, VLSI.
Over the period we felt native training clients on Embedded Systems, having identified our strength in Embedded System design and development; we acquired expertise on this domain and collaborated with Embedded industry to offer an industry relevant Embedded Systems training programs.
Today we do not feel shy to say we are the largest Embedded training company in the country, by merely considering the number of Embedded engineers we trained over last seven years and the investments that we have done on creating the state of art Embedded labs, to compare, our statistics say that our nearest competitors trains only 20 of what we train.
Since our Embedded training business over the years was very encouraging, we decided to launch our Embedded consultations to our corporate clients and started designing our own products; today we service seven embedded blue chip companies in the country and overseas.
Today ISM has seven different embedded products and Services twelve clients by providing consultancies and out sourcing our Embedded expertise. ISM has recently bagged an R&D project from a prestigious client for the next three years.
That being our evolution we are totally committed to what we do, we sincerely adhere to the quality and have a standalone system to evaluate our quality.
ISM has grown on team size over the years, today the team size is 150 plus. The team is well toned and understands our business goals and strives to meet their respective goals and deadlines.
The Management
ISM Management team is headed by Dr. Loganathan. V, Who is an intellectual inspired to be a niche entrepreneur, is a founding member of the team, has vast experience in the industry as software consultant and project Manager, has immense knowledge on the training methodologies followed by world renowned institutions. ISM has the top level management team of five headed by Dr. Loganathan and second level management team headed by each member of top level management. The top level managers manage second level management team of five to eight each.
ISM has a team of dedicated managers who are committed to provide the best training in the industry and make ISM the best training institute chain in the world.
Facilities
Class rooms:
ISM believes in modern infrastructures, and makes the students treated as guests of our facilities; we look for a comfortable and memorable stay in ISM. Our class room facility are very comfortable and match with best facilities among the world class institutes, having comfortable seating with state of art teaching aids with air-conditioned environment which simulates a open natural environment.
Labs
ISM has heavily invested on lab infrastructures to make training short of nothing, with licensed softwares and hardwares required for project development. You will experience a real development environment at our lab. All softwares used in our lab are legally licensed and has emulation and development hardware, with sophisticated software tools.
Softwares
ISM is one of the few training institutes in the country which uses legally licensed softwares, has license for Windriver Vxworks, Symbian, RedHat Linux, WIN CE, Turbo C, .NET framework, J2EE and others.
Hardwares
ISM has computer terminals of modern configuration, with max. memory and processor configuration available in the industry. ISM has Cluster of Servers with WINDOWS 2000 as the backbone with robust backups. ISM has invested on various other hardware such as Development boards , FPGA, s , PLC kits , Emulator boards, DSP Boards , ARM Boards , Power PC boards, GSM /GPRS /UMTS development boards , 8051 /PIC / AVR / Rabbit Development boards and others.
Technical Team
ISM technical team is core strength of the institute. We have highly qualified experienced experts who spend their valuable time to impart and share their experience with the students.
The technical team apart from training students manages the student project as managed in the industry strictly following the SDLC and other industrial practices and standards. Our technical team is also a part of our development team, who develop embedded software for our clients.
Training Methodology
