The growth of projection technology has made remarkable strides in the last few years. It touches most parts of our life - the art of projection has developed across diverse applications such as theatre, cinema, son et lumiere, retail, advertising/ marketing, art installations and exhibitions, houses of worship, theme parks, concerts, corporate presentations, medical & scientific visualisation, training simulation, education, sports and political events.
Projection can be from slides, film or digital; from fixed positions or mobile, can be highly complex and on a massive scale, indoor or outdoor. The potential surfaces to be projected upon are many and diverse including natural formations such as rockfaces, clouds, to man-made objects such as fountains, ice rinks, buildings, hot air balloons, boat sails, monuments, power stations, inflatables, stadiums, conference venues, drive in cinemas - to name but a few.
Projection Training Europe offers a choice of training courses for those wishing to gain more knowledge about the aesthetic and practical aspects of projection technology. These are available from our West London training centre, on specialist weekend courses in Europe and specialist bespoke courses designed for specific client needs.
Our professional trainers have extensive experience of using the products available on the courses as well as years of experience in training and mentoring entertainment technicians involved in a wide variety of applications.
