CG Mantra is headed by Mr ABRP Reddy, a veteran in IT and Animation industry.
Mr Reddy was formally CEO of Picasso Animation College, Education Head of NIIT Europe, COO of NIIT Middle East. During his tenure of working in India, Middle East, Europe and England, Mr Reddy has built formidable IT and Animation organisations worldwide. Well known for his innovations in Animation Education, Mr Reddy has been empanelled in advisory board of NASSCOM Animation & Gaming Forum for 2008-09. Mr Reddy represented Indian Animation industry in many forums such as Annecy Film Festival (France), MIPCOM (France) and SIGGRAPH (USA).

Global Animation & VFX industry is outsourcing lot of content to India. Many Indian animation studios are developing IP (Intellectual Property) for international audience and entering into co-production contracts with North American & European companies. Hence the artists recruited to work in most of the animation studios in India need to possess skills on par with International standards. Entertainment industry comprising of live action Film & TV markets is increasingly blending VFX and Animation into their content.
