Beyond The Blue was set up to provide consultancy and training services to individuals, organisations and businesses in a variety of different sectors.
We count amongst our UK clients; some of the most prestigious hotels, multinational businesses, county councils and other public bodies, small businesses and individuals. We pride ourselves on providing the same excellence in customer service to all our clients big or small.
We specialise in:
Resolving Workplace Violence - Workplace violence manifests itself in different ways. The solutions will vary from client to client and may include a combination of reviewing work systems and the physical working environment; most important will be the provision of effective Conflict Management Training.
Licensed Retail Sector - Training usually consist of statutory training which legislation requires and proactive training to improve the performance of the business. We combine both. Tick-the-box training is not an effective use of resources and we believe statutory training should combine the need for a qualification with real learning objectives; our training always achieves this.
Security Industry - Our training and consultancy service combines statutory training with the SIA recommendation to provide venue / job specific training.
We carry out a Training Needs Analysis for new clients to ensure we deliver training which is relevant to the candidates attending.
We provide both open courses for individual candidates and in-house group courses for clients throughout the UK.

Beyond The Blue is a BIIAB Grade 1 Training Centre (The BIIAB describe Grade 1 as demonstrating outstanding quality procedures ); we have a very high success rate with candidates attending all our courses.
The training we provide is in small groups, this allows the course tutor to respond to individual candidate s questions throughout the day and spend time addressing those issues which candidates feel they need most help with. We receive very positive feedback from candidates attending our courses.
We only employ specialist instructors to run our courses; all our instructors have extensive experience in the relevant fields. All our training is delivered with the objective of helping candidates not only achieve the qualification, but of gaining the skills and knowledge to become more effective in their workplace.
