Hello, My name is John Quinn. I'm a self-employed craftsperson who has developed an innovative form of functional art, vases constructed from natural stone and semi-precious gemstones. My vases have proven to be a popular item at the Saltspring Island Market where I sell most of my work, and so have become known as the vaseguy and adopted the name for my website, Vaseguy. com.
I've recently completed a detailed description of my process with step by step instructions. I don't plan to publish this information. I'm offering it as part of a license to use my methods and natural stone vase design. I believe that what I have to offer has great potential in the right hands, though I want to be careful not to tout it as an easy money maker. What I'm offering to teach is a genuine value adding process which requires work to add the value. My system requires no extraordinary levels of skill but each part must be learnt and carried out with care and attention.
I'm offering two levels of licences. A low cost, Hobbyist licence that allows for limited production or a regionally based Associate licence with no limits on numbers.
