Smart Work Ethics is a program developed to create an understanding of workplace ethics, sometimes called soft skills. Taking your audience through a series of workshops that build on the fundamentals of responsibility and choice, they are able to recognize and accept their role in the workplace. The interactive workshops are interconnected with each other to help them build a base of understanding.
The original Smart Work Ethics program is for participants out of school. We also have a Youth Smart Work Ethics program for grades 9-12. The Youth program is designed to help with the transition from school to work.

: The Train the Trainer Series is a 4 day workshop that is developed to address Business and Industry's request for employees with a work ethic. Your in-house trainers will learn how to work with Generation Y and how to help your target audience create a work ethic.
