We will gather information from you regarding your menu and procedures. Then we will create a Standard Operations Manual and HACCP Plan. The Plan will be submitted to the local Health Department on your behalf and returned to you when it is approved!

: Train the Trainer is specifically designed for restaurant employees.
Train the Trainer gives your hourly leaders the equipping they need to impart job skills and information to your newly hired employees.
The 4-hour hands-on workshop uses group discussion, lecture, demonstration and role-play.
At the end of the workshop we do a short skills assessment and issue a certificate of participation.
