I am a self-employed IT systems trainer and consultant, specialising in ECM, EDRMS, KM and related topics.
I have been training for over 15 years and I carry a wealth of experience and expertise in planning and delivering systems-training to managers, administrators, trainers and end-users.
I also have experience in training Microsoft Office upgrades.
I will happily discuss needs and offer advice on building full scale, custom-built training programs including eLearning provision.
The courses and products I teach most often are:
1. Open Text eDOCS DM Suite (formerly known as Hummigbird DM)
End-User Training - 1/ 2 day or more;
Train-the-Trainer - usually 1 or 2 days;
Administrator Training - from 3 to 5 days
All courses delivered on site at your premises or at a hosting venue if preferred.
I have a waelth of experience in training this range of courses in emglish across the UK, Europe and Scandinavia
2. Open Text Livelink ECM Suite
End User training.
I recently completed a full training roll-out to over 2500 users.
3. End User Training Other similar EDRMS and ECM products such as Interwoven (formerly iManage).
4. I am also available to act as a freelance trainer and team member on any project within my scope of knowledge or where I am given time and resource to pick it up from colleagues.

: A custom built course to your requirements showing end-users of eDOCS (formerly Hummingbird DM) how to understand and use the system to their best advantage.
A tutor-led course which includes all basics of creating, saving, editing, finding documents in the system and understanding its document versioning techniques. The course can also include saving and retrieving email messages to the system where this feature is in use.
Includes guidance on how to use the search feature to retrieve documents by words within their content or from their stored metadata and how to save useful searches for future benefits.
