FUTURESKILLS SA provide Learner Management and Skills Training Solutions for any Learner, community or company. We have agreements in place with Training Providers and Contractors which enables us to not only provide accredited skills training, but also job creation opportunities. Our range of industry relevant and critical skills courses ensures that we can develop entire communities to be self sufficient and income generating.
Our Academic team are constantly sourcing training options and courses which will give individuals the skills to find gainful employment. Our Projects team ensure that each training project we undertake has stringent quality measures attached to it. Every Student, Training Provider and Contractor is load onto our "SMART" (Student Management and Recruitment Training System. A Portfolio of Evidence is generated for each Learner and serves as his/ her training record. This progress record is monitored closely and can be utilized as an employment and placement tool.
